Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. Prices are listed in $USD and may change without notice.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you. Before production begins, we provide a mock-up for your approval. Once approved, either payment in full or a down payment is required to start production. Full payment is required before shipping.

Custom items are non-refundable.

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items damaged in transit with proof provided.

Because all of our pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur between items and from the photos shown in listings. This is part of their unique charm and does not qualify as a defect.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including images, text, designs, and logos — is the property of Little Pip Co. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Little Pip Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We will do our best to ensure accurate information, but errors may occur.
